Understanding the Challenge

The biggest challenge was turning an abstract idea - “stealing dreams to make them real” into a visual narrative that felt both mysterious and empowering. The campaign needed to resonate with freshmen who were uncertain about their future yet full of unspoken ambition. The concept had to balance fantasy storytelling with emotional relatability while maintaining MGC’s academic and aspirational tone.

My Approach

I built the visual world around a “Dream Thief” figure a metaphor for those who dare to reclaim their forgotten ambitions. Using soft cosmic lighting, glowing particles, and fluid motion, I created a surreal space where imagination meets determination. The star symbol became the focal point of hope and self-belief, while the deep blue palette evoked introspection and mystery. Through this art direction, the campaign encouraged students to rediscover their dreams and turn them into reality.
