Understanding the Challenge

This project challenged me to translate a complex educational concept into a visual identity that feels both youthful and futuristic. The goal was to balance the academic credibility of AIESEC with the energy of Gen Z students-newcomers eager to explore business development. The hardest part was finding a visual language that expressed growth, movement, and self-discovery without becoming too corporate or playful. Through research, moodboarding, and iteration, I built a key visual system using modern geometric forms, teleport and compass motifs, and bold typography that captures the spirit of “Pioneer Your Future.”

My Approach

I approached this project by visualizing growth as motion-a leap from potential to progress. The concept combined three core symbols: a compass for direction, a teleport gate for transformation, and a rocket for ambition. Together, they represent how students step beyond their limits and lead their own path.

I used a youthful, futuristic art style with depth, warm light gradients, and geometric structures to capture both the excitement and uncertainty of a beginner’s journey into the future.
